Well, okay, this is not going to turn out great. I mean I am not used to talking about myself in large paragraphs, so I’ll make this short… okay, maybe semi-short.

“Hi, my name is Julius. [wait for people to acknowledge me]  and I am an addict. The problem is, I don’t really know if I have just one addiction. I love video games, sure, but c’mon, who doesn’t like video games. I grew up playing SNES, N64, and the original Gameboy, but my current platform of choice is the Xbox, and a lot of people will try to convince me it was a waste of money, but hey, I like it; it plays games decently, I love the controller (except those new bumpers), and it has DLNA, which means no more waiting for my USB’s to finish transferring files. I am also – healthily – addicted to anything that I can watch (considering that they are good, of course), even when I was little, I was glued to the TV screen, and later in life, I figured out that I got my watching addiction from my mother, who to this day watches similar shows that I do, even anime such as One Piece, Bleach, Hataraku Maou-Sama, you name it. The last of my vices are books, I tend to bring a book almost everywhere, to read in the moments in-between the times that matter.
.
Julius BenadictBelieve it or not, I was named after a movie character. I’m kind of embarrassed to say it was Arnold Schwartzenegger’s character from the movie Twins (1988): Julius Benedict – which then became my first and middle name respectively. It’s a good name.
.
As for my writings of reviews, opinion pieces, and scraps of specific non-important news, that is actually a recent thing. Well, not recent-recent, just for the past 2-3 years. I never used to write, except for essays in school. But one day, I was reading a book and had a thought for a story, and that one tiny thought opened me up to writing just about anything I can, whether anyone read it or not.

And that’s me, need I say more..”
